These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and Super222a ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://super222a.cam and all associated services, games, and features offered therein.

• Single Account: Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on Super222a. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, whether under the same or different personal details, constitute a breach of these Terms and will result in suspension of all related accounts.
• Personal Use Only: Accounts must be used solely by the registered account holder. You may not allow any third party to access or use your Account, nor may you act as an agent or representative on behalf of another person.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion or cooling-off period on Super222a or any affiliated platform at the time of registration or continued use.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: You acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to understand and comply with the laws applicable to online gambling in Malaysia and any other jurisdiction from which you access the Platform.

4.1 Registration Information

4.2 KYC Verification

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Super222a will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 for e-wallet methods and RM 50 for bank transfers, unless otherwise stated in a current promotion.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed where identified.
• Super222a does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other promotions unless explicitly permitted.

• Bonuses credited to your account have an expiry period. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from your balance without compensation.

7.1 General Wagering Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement, except in specific circumstances where the Platform offers a "Cash Out" feature and the relevant market permits it.
• Super222a reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a technical malfunction.
• Winnings will be credited to your Real Money Balance promptly upon settlement of the relevant event or game round.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, UEFA Champions League, and UFC events — are governed by applicable sports betting rules published on the Platform. In the event of result disputes, the official outcome declared by the relevant governing sports authority shall prevail.

7.3 Live Dealer & Casino Games

Live dealer and casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or physical game equipment operated by licensed studio providers. Game outcomes are final and governed by each game's stated RTP and paytable rules. Super222a cannot accept responsibility for the actions of third-party game providers once a game session has commenced.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Super222a and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Super222a reserves the right to take immediate action, including Account suspension and fund forfeiture, upon detection of any of the following:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own or a different identity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or any form of money laundering;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Employing automated software, bots, AI-assisted betting tools, or any mechanical or electronic device to interfere with normal platform operations or gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other Players in any game, tournament, or betting market to manipulate outcomes;

• Engaging in chargebacks or fraudulent reversal of payment transactions;
• Attempting to access the Platform using circumvention tools designed to conceal your true identity or geographic location for the purpose of evading applicable restrictions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. • Loss of winnings, profits, or expected earnings;
• Loss or corruption of data;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical failures, server maintenance, or events outside our reasonable control;
• Any loss arising from reliance on information, content, or materials published on the Platform;
• Losses attributable to your failure to maintain account security or resulting from unauthorised access to your Account.

As a condition of using our Platform, you agree to engage with the following responsible gambling framework:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct;
• Provision of false or unverifiable identity information;
• Detection of multiple accounts associated with the same individual;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• At the Player's own request, including through activation of self-exclusion;
• As required by applicable law or a lawful authority.

Upon termination of your Account for cause, Super222a reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an Account is closed at your own request, verified Real Money Balances (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you through your nominated payment method.

Super222a reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players, including by posting a notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within a reasonable period, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body as determined by Super222a. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
